Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, beaten, 1 small chopped onion, 6 crackers and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak crackers in milk.
Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into oblong patties and brown very slowly in skillet.
