Rosemary Chicken
Rosemary Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 roasting chicken (about 6 lb.), 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a small bowl combine rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper and oil.
After loosening the skin off the chicken, spread rosemary mixture under and over the skin.
Place in a roasting pan and roast for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
