Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. rice, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 c. milk, pinch salt and 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put rice, sugar, 3 cups milk and salt in top of a double boiler, and cook 1 1/2 hours.
Meanwhile, pour boiling water over raisins and let stand 1/2 hour; drain.
Mix eggs and 1 cup milk with rice and drained raisins.
Put in well-greased 1 1/2 or 2-quart baking dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Set in pan of hot water to come 1 inch up on the side of pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
