Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. rice, 1/2 c. water (enough to cover rice), 1 tbsp. butter, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cover rice with water and boil until water is gone.
Add milk, sugar, salt and butter and simmer until rice is cooked.
Beat eggs along with 1 tablespoon milk and cornstarch, then stir a little of the hot mixture into them.
Add slowly to keep eggs from curdling. Pour egg mixture into milk and rice.
Stir until well blended. Add vanilla.
Pour into serving dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon. Can be served hot.
