Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. rice, 4 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. raisins and 2 slightly beaten egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook over hot water until tender (45 minutes) rice in 2 cups milk and salt.
Last 1/2 hour stir in raisins.
Next stir in remaining 2 cups milk, beaten egg yolks, cinnamon and vanilla. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Next, carefully fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into casserole and bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
Serve warm or cold.
