Rice and Spinach Deluxe Casserole
Rice And Spinach Deluxe Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. Saute onion and mushrooms in melted margarine until tender. Follow thawing instructions on spinach box and drain.
In 1 1/2-quart casserole combine spinach, cooked rice, melted cheese spread, onions and mushrooms. Stir in soup.
Add nutmeg.
Cook at 350Β°, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
