Preheat oven to 350°.

In a large bowl, combine milk, water and soup. Stir or whisk.

Add all remaining ingredients.

Mix well.

Pour into ungreased 3-quart casserole.

Cover. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes more or until rice is tender.

Stir once, halfway through baking.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
