Rice A' Go-Go is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 beef bouillon cubes, 2 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. raw rice (not instant) and 1 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

About 1 hour before serving, start heating oven to 350Β°.

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, stirring while dissolving.

In hot margarine in medium skillet (medium heat), saute rice for 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring constantly.

Add to broth in casserole.

Add rice, onion, celery, mushrooms and seasonings.

Bake, covered, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes.

Remove lid and cook 5 minutes longer.

Serves 8 or more.
