Rhubarb Yum-Yum
Rhubarb Yum-Yum is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine boiling water, granulated sugar and cornstarch; cook until thick and clear.
Melt oleo and mix with brown sugar, flour, oatmeal and cinnamon.
Put 1/2 crumbs in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Put diced rhubarb over crumbs.
Pour cornstarch mixture over crumbs and rhubarb.
Sprinkle remainder of crumbs over and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350Β°.
