Place rhubarb in buttered casserole.
Add 1/2 cup sugar.
In a bowl, blend remaining sugar, rolled oats, butter, flour and salt with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Sprinkle on top of rhubarb. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
