👨‍🍳 Instructions

Mix yeast into sugar or honey and warm water (100°); set 10 minutes.

Add salt and half the flour.

Beat 75 strokes.

Add eggs and butter.

Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time.

Make dough into nice ball.

Butter bowl and place dough face down to coat top, then turn face up and cover tightly.

Place in refrigerator for 2 hours, then make into rolls (or roll dough into a 6-inch snake and knot)

Bake in a 400° oven for 10 minutes.

Keeps in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
