Cut butter into flour mixture with pastry blender.

Measure warm water into small bowl.

Sprinkle yeast in, stir until dissolved.

Beat eggs with milk; add dissolved yeast and egg mixture to flour mixture. Mix until thoroughly combined. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Divide dough in half.

Roll half on a well-floured board into an 18 x 12-inch rectangle. Combine sugar with cinnamon; sprinkle half of mixture over dough. Roll up tightly beginning at long side.

Cut roll into 1-inch slices.
