Red Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans chopped clams (reserve 1 c. liquid), 1/4 c. olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 3/4 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry garlic in oil.
When browned, add spices and rest of ingredients plus 1 cup clam liquid (not clams).
Cook for 1 hour. Taste for flavor.
Add more spices, if needed.
