Red Cabbage
Red Cabbage is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 medium onions, diced, 2 tbsp. margarine, 8 oz. bacon, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 large apples, peeled and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onions, bacon and margarine.
Add sugar and continue cooking until onions are golden.
Add apples and wine; bring to a boil.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except potato.
Cover; simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in potato; cook 5 minutes more.
