Quick Sourdough French Bread
Quick Sourdough French Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 c. bread or regular flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 2 pkg. fast-acting dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
Blend.
Add water and sour cream to flour mixture.
Blend and stir in 2 to 2 1/2 cups flour until dough pulls away from the side of the bowl.
On floured surface, knead in remaining 1 cup flour until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in greased bowl; cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Let rise in warm place until doubled (about 25 minutes).
