Quiche Lorrainne
Quiche Lorrainne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. grated monterey jack or mozzarella cheese, 1 c. chopped ham or bacon or sausage, 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. ground mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In blender beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
In a 9 inch deep dish pie shell spread cheese on bottom.
Sprinkle with 2 or 3 Tbsp flour.
Spread ham or preferred meat over cheese.
Pour egg mixture over ham.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 400Β°.
