Quiche Lorraine Appetizers
Quiche Lorraine Appetizers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 sticks pie crust mix, 6 to 8 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled, 1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 3 tbsp. minced onion and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Prepare pastry as directed on package. Roll 1/16-inch thick on lightly floured board. Cut into 1 1/2 to 2-inch rounds. Fit rounds into tiny muffin tins. (May need to adjust size to fit tin used.)
Combine bacon, cheese and onion. Fill each cup with approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture. Beat eggs slightly.
Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour 1 tablespoon of cream mixture into each cup over bacon mixture. Bake at
375° for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Let cool in pans for 5 minutes before removing. Can also make 1 or 2 days ahead. Wrap in foil and reheat at 350° for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 36 pieces.
