Pumpkin Tea Bread
Pumpkin Tea Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. salad oil, 3 eggs, 2 c. pumpkin and 3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine sugar and oil, blending well; add eggs and beat until light and creamy.
Stir in pumpkin.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to creamed mixture and beat until well blended. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pans (or two 9-inch loaf pans).
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
Cool 15 minutes in pans; remove from pans and cool completely on rack.
Bread freezes very well.
