Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust (unbaked), 2 c. pumpkin, well drained, 3/4 c. milk, 3 egg yolks, beaten and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix the pumpkin and milk together.
Add the beaten egg yolks. Add the sugar which has been mixed with the cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Mix well and fold in the egg whites. Pour pumpkin mixture in pie crust.
Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375° and bake for 30 minutes longer or until filling is firm.
(Bake in a 9-inch Pyrex pan.)
