Pumpkin Chiffon Pie
Pumpkin Chiffon Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. cooked pumpkin, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yolks slightly.
Add sugar, pumpkin, milk, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and pinch of salt.
Cook until thick in double boiler.
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add to hot mixture.
Cool. When it begins to thicken, fold in beaten egg whites to which 1/2 cup sugar has been added.
Pour in baked pie shell and serve with whipped cream.
