Made with 2 c. flour (1/2 all-purpose and 1/2 whole wheat), 1 c. combination enriched flours (wheat germ, oat bran, soy flour and nonfat milk), 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well.
Combine wet ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Stir in dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
Spray two loaf pans, 8 x 4-inch and divide mixture between pans.
Bake at 350° in metal baking pan or 325° in glass pan for about 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove to rack.
