Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. pumpkin, 1/3 c. water and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil and vanilla together in large bowl, set aside.
In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add flour mixture a little at a time to pumpkin mixture, blending well after each time.
Pour into a greased and well-floured 8-inch loaf pan (1-quart capacity). Cook for 1 hour at 325Β°.
Cool completely before removing from pan.
