Pumpkin Banana Bread
Pumpkin Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter, 3 eggs, 1 c. canned pumpkin and 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter and eggs.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add pumpkin and bananas.
Add remaining ingredients, except nuts.
Mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts.
Spread into 2 greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool upright in pans for 5 minutes; remove from pans.
