Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. self-rising flour, 1/2 lb. butter, 1/2 lb. cream cheese and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the sugar and flour in mixer.
Add softened butter and cream cheese, one tablespoon at a time.
Add eggs, one at a time, and then vanilla.
Grease pan, put greased wax paper or parchment in bottom, and then flour.
Bake on lower middle of oven at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes for 1 large tube pan or about 50 minutes for 2 regular loaf pans.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out on rack.
