Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 8 whole eggs, 3 sticks butter and juice of 1 lemon or orange rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream butter and sugar very well until light and fluffy.
Add 1 egg at a time and beat well between each egg addition.
Add a little flour at a time; add vanilla, juice and rind after first cup of flour.
Always beat well.
Pour into ungreased Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
