Potatoes Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 2 c. sour cream, 1 bunch green onions, chopped, 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook potatoes in jackets until fork tender.
Peel, then shred into large bowl.
Stir in sour cream, chopped onions, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
Turn into greased 2 quart casserole; top with remaining cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through.
