Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large baked potatoes, 12 slices bacon, 2/3 c. margarine, 2/3 c. flour and 6 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bake potatoes and cool.
Cook bacon (crisp).
In heavy pot melt margarine; add flour.
Add milk and cook 5 to 6 minutes to let it thicken.
Scoop pulp out of potatoes (I chopped my potatoes).
Add cheese and green onions; salt and pepper to taste. On very low heat add sour cream.
When serving add chopped bacon and cheese.
