Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, 2 celery stalks, 2 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. powdered basil leaves and 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute onions and celery in big pan.
When clear, add garlic salt, basil leaves, parsley flakes and oregano.
Fill pan with 1 quart cold water.
Leave 4 inches from top of pan.
Put raw diced potatoes in.
Cook at medium heat until soft (about 1/2 hour). Then blend 3 cups of soup and put back in pot.
Add milk, some potato mix and some grated cheese.
