Potato Cheese Casserole
Potato Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 (2 lb.) bags southern style plain hash browns, thawed, 1 lb. sour cream, 2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. finely chopped onions and 1 can cream chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Spray nonstick coating in 9 1/2 x 13 casserole.
Melt butter on stovetop, then add cheese and sour cream and stir until melted.
Add soups, broth and onions, mixing well.
Put potatoes into casserole, then soup mixture and stir well.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
Remove and top with crushed corn flakes that have been mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, for another 30 to 45 minutes.
