Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 large baking potatoes, salt, pepper and paprika, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 small carton velveeta cheese and 1 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In top of double boiler, melt cheese.
Add sour cream and onions.
Peel, slice and cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
Place potatoes in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Dot with margarine.
Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly.
