Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 medium potatoes, 1 bay leaf, 1 can cream of celery soup (cream of mushroom is better), 1 c. sour cream and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil potatoes with jackets on with bay leaf and cook until tender.
Cool, then peel.
Shred potatoes into an oblong baking dish.
Mix soup, onion and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
Cover potatoes with mixture.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or little less.
Don't burn.
Can put in microwave for 15 minutes, but watch the cheese.
