Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes, 3/4 c. frozen ore-ida potatoes and 1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 1-quart casserole dish.
In saucepan, over medium heat, cook onion until tender.
Stir in soup and cream cheese, stirring constantly until smooth and hot.
In casserole, alternately layer frozen potatoes and hot sauce, ending with a sauce layer.
Cover and bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
