Portland Bouillabaisse
Portland Bouillabaisse is an impressive dinner. Made with chopped celery, onion and green pepper, 4 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. curry powder and 1/2 tsp. powdered cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute the chopped celery, onion and green pepper in the butter. Use large kettle.
Mix the flour, curry powder, powdered cloves, brown sugar, salt and pepper together until lumps disappear and then add to the kettle; stir in.
Then add the Tabasco sauce, tomato juice, sherry or lemon juice.
Bring to a boil.
Stir constantly.
Reduce heat and add seafood and parsley.
Serve. Serves 4.
