Pork Tenderloin in Wine Sauce
Pork Tenderloin In Wine Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. pork tenderloin, 2 tsp. flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste, 1 large shallot, chopped and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut pork into 1-inch slices.
Shake with mixture of flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper in plastic bag, coating well.
Add pork and shallot to heated butter in skillet.
Cook for 4 minutes or until brown on 1 side; turn pork.
Add mushrooms and rosemary. Cook for 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender.
Add mixture of wine and chicken broth.
Cook for 3 minutes or until pork is tender.
