Pork Sum Gum
Pork Sum Gum is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sliced celery, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1 c. onion bouillon, 4 oz. onion, finely chopped and 2 medium peppers, cut in strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In saucepan, combine celery, mushrooms, bouillon, onion, peppers, sherry extract, soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger and nutmeg.
Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until onions and celery are tender but still crisp.
Add pork and pimentos.
Mix well.
Cook 3 minutes longer or until hot.
Serve over rice.
