Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1 large onion, sliced, 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced, 1 1/2 tbsp. paprika and 2 c. raw rice, washed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In skillet, melt butter.
Add onion, cooking until straw colored.
Place onion in bottom of a 4-quart casserole.
Arrange sliced potatoes over onion.
Sprinkle with a little salt and paprika.
Repeat same procedure using the tomatoes, rice and ending with the green pepper.
(Meanwhile brown the pork chops on both sides in skillet.) Arrange on top of peppers.
Bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
Add more water if necessary.
