Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan or 3 loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or a little less with small pans.
