Pineapple Zucchini Bread
Pineapple Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. vegetable oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and ??? c. shredded zucchini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl of electric mixer, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until well mixed.
Stir in zucchini, pineapple and and can juice, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and baking powder.
Fold in raisins and nuts.
Pour batter into two greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° one hour or until bread tests done.
Makes 2 loaves.
