Pineapple Pound Cake
Pineapple Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. crisco, 5 eggs (add 1 at a time), 3 1/4 c. plain flour and 2 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put margarine and Crisco on large bowl and allow to soften at room temperature.
Add sugar and cream, using electric mixer.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating continuously.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a separate bowl.
Gradually add flour mixture to other mixture, alternately with milk.
Continue beating.
Then add vanilla and lemon flavoring, crushed pineapple and juice. Pour into greased and floured steeple pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
