Pineapple-Glazed Spareribs
Pineapple-Glazed Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. In large open roasting pan mix first five ingredients.
Place spareribs in soy sauce mixture, turning each portion to coat well. Arrange spareribs, meat side down, in roasting pan.
Bake in 325Β° oven one hour.
With pastry brush, baste ribs occasionally with soy sauce mixture in pan.
Turn ribs meat side up and bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, into 1 cup measure, drain 1/4 cup pineapple chunks; stir in brown sugar.
Brush spareribs with brown sugar mixture.
Bake 10 minutes longer or until spareribs are fork-tender.
Spoon drained pineapple chunks over spareribs.
Bake 5 minutes or just until pineapple is heated through.
Arrange spareribs on warm large platter with pineapple.
