Pineapple Chicken
Pineapple Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (with juice), 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. dijon mustard and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spray skillet with cooking spray.
Cook chicken until done, about 5 minutes per side.
Remove from skillet.
Mix 1 tablespoon pineapple juice with cornstarch until smooth.
Add pineapple, mustard and sugar to pan.
Bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch.
Heat until thick and clear.
Add chicken back to skillet.
Heat through and serve with rice.
Serves 4.
