"Pinch Me" Cake
"Pinch Me" Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. lukewarm water, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. oil and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix yeast and water; set aside.
Mix sugars, oil, salt, milk and egg; let cool.
Stir in yeast mixture.
Add 2 cups flour; beat well.
Gradually add remaining flour; mix.
Cover; allow to rise until double.
(Let rise in a warm place at 75° to 80° for about 1 1/2 hours.)
Punch down; make into balls the size of walnuts. (Flour hands to handle dough.)
Dip balls into a mixture of sugar, cinnamon and nuts after having dipped them into melted margarine. Drop balls into solid bottom tube pan.
Allow to rise until double, about 2 hours, in a warm place or overnight in refrigerator.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes.
Turn out carefully.
