Piña Colada Cake

Made with 1/3 c. coconut crème or orange juice, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o coconut cream or vanilla pudding and pie filling, 1 box white cake mix, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend all ingredients except coconut in a large mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.
Do not overbake.
Cool in pan 15 minutes, then turn onto cooling rack.
When cake is cold, frost.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Keep refrigerated.
