Pickled Peaches
Pickled Peaches is an easy dinner. Made with firm cling peaches, 1 pt. vinegar, 2 c. sugar, 1 stick cinnamon and 1 tsp. whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel peaches using as many as syrup will cover.
Make syrup by mixing vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and cloves, boiling until rather thick.
Add peeled peaches, one at a time.
Cook until tender, not mushy.
Remove fruit from syrup and place in sterilized jars.
Boil syrup until thick; pour over peaches filling jars to top seal.
