Peruvian Beef Roast
Peruvian Beef Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. eye of the round roast, 1 carrot, 4 cloves garlic and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Trim eye of the round roast.
Make gashes 1 1/2 to 2-inches apart the length of the roast and in three rows.
Alternately insert slivers of raw carrot and tiny slivers of garlic.
Salt heavily and pepper.
Bake in open pan at 350Β° for about 3 hours or until desired doneness.
Add enough water in pan during cooking to keep from sticking but be careful not to add too much.
