Pepper Jelly(Canning)
Pepper Jelly(Canning) is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large peppers (bell peppers) or finger peppers, 1 c. peppers or 1/4 hot and 3/4 sweet, squeeze dry, 6 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. vinegar (white) and 6 oz. certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Chop or grind peppers fine.
Combine all ingredients except Certo.
Bring to boil (rolling), remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
Add Certo.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
Makes 3 1/2 pints.
