Pepper Jelly
Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pods hot pepper, 4 bell peppers, 1 c. white vinegar, 5 c. sugar and 1 twin-pack box (6 1/2 oz.) liquid fruit pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove seed from pepper.
Process vinegar with peppers in blender.
Put in a 2-quart saucepan.
Add sugar.
Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; add liquid pectin. Bring back to a boil and boil 1 minute.
Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
Wipe jar rims and adjust lids.
Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
Makes five 8 ounce jars.
