Pennsylvania Dutch Cabbage
Pennsylvania Dutch Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. shredded cabbage, 4 slices bacon, diced, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook cabbage in salted boiling water for 7 minutes.
Fry bacon and remove from pan.
Add sugar and flour to bacon fat; blend. Add water, vinegar and seasoning (1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper).
Cook until thick.
Add onion, bacon and cabbage.
Heat through and serve.
