Saute garlic and onions until golden brown.
Add ground beef. Season it and let it simmer until almost dry, then add the hard part of peachy or bok choy first.
Pour 5 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add the beef broth when it starts to boil and after 2 minutes, drop the rest of the pechay or bok choy leaves.
Cook for 2 minutes more and it will be ready to serve after seasoning it according to your taste.
