Pecan Pralines
Pecan Pralines is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. karo, dash of salt, 1 stick margarine or butter and 1 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large saucepan cook sugar, Karo, and salt over a medium heat until small amount forms a firm ball in cold water or 245Β°on thermometer.
Stir constantly.
Add next ingredients gradually so mixture doesn't stop boiling.
Add butter, milk and pecans. Continue cooking until a small amount forms a firm ball in cold water.
Add 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Let stand a few minutes.
Drop on greased muffin tins or cookie sheet 1 tablespoon at a time.
Don't drop on waxed paper.
